FIT Mama Bootcamp® is our kid-friendly fitness program, making it easy and convenient for you to tote your kiddos along! This program provides an amazing community for women to bond over motherhood while working towards the same goal: improving their overall health as a mom.
You don’t have to bring your kids to attend these classes, by the way! But if you do bring your kids, they can snack, play, snooze or even "workout"!
